The way to optimize investment in residential property is to contract with and keep good tenants.  We are the sole contact for tenants, thereby releasing the property owner from problems of vacancies, annoying complaints and repair requests.

We interview prospective tenants and verify their background and credit history before entering into a lease. We are the owner's "buffer" in negotiating rents, changes in terms and enforcing lease provisions. 

It pays to keep good tenants and we accomplish this with a pro-active program of  fast, quality repairs as needed, timely response to questions and concerns and respect for privacy.
